Gratitude

Gratitude "Today, I am mindful of all the good things in life. I allow myself to be filled with a feeling of prosperity and appreciation for all the wonderful opportunities and positive experiences that life has given me. I know about life’s disappointments and past encounters; yet today, I choose to concentrate on good fortune."                                                                                                                   -Darlena Swann

Humor

Humor "A good way to relieve stress is to laugh. Think about something amusing. Having a good sense of humor is unrestricted, free and has no harmful side effects. We don’t have to be a comedian to tell a joke or do impersonations- we simply need to discover humor that’s available in life. Life is full of distractions and we shouldn’t take things so serious. When life throws you a curve ball instead of dodging it, laugh."                                                                                                                -Darlena Swann

Step by Step

Step by Step "I realize in order to run I must learn how to walk first. When wanting to achieve a specific goal, I must tackle it one step at a time. I must adhere to important steps and not rush into things so quickly. I must learn to move forward gradually, completing a project before starting a new one. This technique allows me to create building blocks of success and a foundation that was set aside previously. Today, I move toward my objectives one step at a time. Every little step I take is just a stepping stone towards my destiny."                                                                                                                  -Darlena Swann

Handmade

Handmade "Today, I find inner harmony when I choose to work with my hands. Working with my hands is the art of creativity. By doing simple work, my life itself becomes easier and simpler. Anxieties and worries vanish and I discover happiness and fulfillment. Too often, we associate achievements with professional work, careers, and materialistic wealth. Today, I find much more satisfaction and a greater sense of achievement when I work with my hands. The inner peaceful harmony that comes with enjoying the simple things in life is the first form of personal success."                                                                                                                    -Darlena Swann
