“Q-tip stands for quit taking it personal. Behind each no, there’s a yes. Behind every failure, there’s a success. We can learn from our disappointments and mistakes, because behind the failure there is something we have failed to understand, something we neglected to accept or face, or something we didn’t want to hear. When we choose to confront it, we are open to growth and learning.
Today, I see life as a huge playground where there are many challenges and different games to play. Sometimes we win and sometimes we lose. When faced with adversity, think of a Q-tip.”

Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. It’s that constant battle for survival. It’s a gamble. I can randomly play it safe within my comfort zone or option for radical change and be bold. There’s always a risk involved. However, despite what might happen there are endless conceivable outcomes. Today, my probability is to succeed the odds.

Break an Egg “You can’t make a decent omelet without breaking an egg” is an old cliché. Sometimes we may have to make difficult decisions in order to create something new. Individuals who want to start a business may have to sacrifice the security of a steady income and insurmountable time. Individuals who want to end dead end relationships may have to break ties and say, “Farewell.” Today, I’m no longer apprehensive of breaking a few eggs to accomplish positive outcomes in my life.
